VANILLA
EXTRACTION GRADE
Extraction Grade Vanilla or also called Class B vanilla is a very good choice for making vanilla extracts, vanilla sugar or other recipes requiring lengthy infusion times also at home and very often in industry use.
Vanilla Tahitensis Extraction Grade is also preferred to use for the fragrance, adding a flowery aroma, perfumes, shampoos, conditioners, soaps without overwhelming the senses.
Our Tahiti, Madagascan and Uganda Extraction Grade vanilla beans are usually 13 cm or less, not uniform in length, sometimes split or cracked.
They are produced on the same farm as our A-type vanilla beans, but they simply do not fit into a strict gourmet classification.
