Ugandan gourmet vanilla is a Bourbon processed vanilla, the fruit of the vanilla planifolia plant. It is gaining ground thanks to its excellent features in the vanilla market.

 

High vanillin content. These vanilla sticks are fat and rich in vanilla seeds, with an oily sheen and very elastic.

Vanilla bean size is between 13 cm and 20 cm. Offering the international standards for Class A vanilla beans, showing an average moisture content of 28 - 35 percent.
