TAHITENSIS VANILLA PODS
Tahitian vanilla beans grown in Papua New Guinea. These gourmet vanilla beans are is not split, really meaty, thick and greasy with a shiny, dark brown robe.
Vanilla bean size is between 14 cm and 18 cm. Offering an average weight 3g for the shorter and 4g-5g for the longest pods.
Generally showing a standard moisture content of 28 - 33 percent.

Spicy with notes of oak, fruity plum (little bit of cherry) and also some chocolate flavour. The fruity plum notes can usually be identified - as is typical for the Tahiti vanilla.
